Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design end-to-end on ambitious projects, collaborating with founders and product leads. You will turn business goals into customer experiences and ensure high-quality work is shipped.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders, product leads, and other stakeholders to turn business goals into experiences customers love
• Lead design end-to-end, from discovery and research through interaction design and production-ready execution
• Collaborate closely with clients, PMs, and engineers to set the direction and ship high-quality work
• Bring a point of view on craft, process, and where the field is going, while staying current with new technologies and design trends

Requirements

• Experience leading product design end-to-end, from strategy through to production-ready execution
• Strong judgment and ability on process, knowing when to go deep on research and when to move fast
• Strong UX foundations across the full discovery and design process
• Strong visual craft across layout, typography, iconography, color, and motion
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
