Responsibilities
- Lead design across complex B2B product initiatives, from early discovery through delivery and QA
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and craft outstanding product experiences
- Lead design reviews and brainstorming sessions, presenting regularly to design leadership and company executives
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design, with experience in a lead or senior capacity
- Strong UX fundamentals and a refined eye for UI
- B2B or dashboard/data-heavy design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting generative and usability research
- A strong portfolio of user-centered, beautifully executed UI
