You will own design across Client and Worker experiences on Web and Mobile, impacting products used daily by hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of workers. The role involves partnering with PDE Directors to shape experiences, working directly with designers on projects, and managing a small team through hands-on collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PDE Directors to shape the direction of Client and Worker experiences
- Connect dots across journeys, rethinking existing paradigms and challenging the status quo
- Work directly with designers on active B2B and B2C projects, tightening UX, solving complexity, and raising quality
- Manage and develop a small team through hands-on collaboration, creating clarity, raising the bar, and putting them first
Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Design
- 3+ years operating at a very senior IC level (Lead/Staff)
- At least 2+ years managing designers
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
- Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools
- Portfolio including examples of work related to AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools
