Product Designer UX - BTG Empresas

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing and evolving internal platforms and systems, focusing on creating efficient user experiences. They will lead initiatives for system unification and standardization, translating business and technology problems into design opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initiatives to unify and standardize systems (e.g., consolidation of flows, navigation, UI patterns, and language), helping to reduce operational complexity
• Translate business and technology problems into design opportunities: mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing end-to-end solutions
• Facilitate alignments and decisions with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring clarity of scope, trade-offs, and success criteria
• Plan and execute design process stages (discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery) with autonomy compatible with the level (mid-level or senior)
• Create and maintain communication artifacts (flows, journeys, blueprints, wireframes, prototypes) to support execution with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure consistency with the design system (when applicable), contributing to improvements, new components, and documentation
• Work with data and evidence (metrics, feedback, tests) to validate hypotheses and evolve the solution continuously

Requirements

• Experience in product design (mid-level or senior) with a portfolio and/or case studies that demonstrate process, decision-making, and results
• Strong communication skills: ability to structure problems, conduct conversations, and synthesize decisions for business and technology audiences
• Good collaboration with partner areas, especially engineering/architecture, product, and operations (good relationship and sense of partnership)
• Solid foundation in information architecture, flow design, and interface patterns (with attention to consistency and scalability)
• Ability to work end-to-end: discovery (process mapping), ideation, prototyping, and validation
• Domain of the main design tools (e.g., Figma) and ability to document and organize deliverables
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic to deal with constraints and trade-offs in environments with legacy systems
• Organization and autonomy in time management, with responsibility over deadlines and quality
