Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives for high-priority digital products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable research findings and develop user-centered design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives for high-priority digital products and services
- Conduct generative and evaluative research including field studies, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing
- Create comprehensive research plans, hypotheses, and testing strategies using mixed research methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, engineering, and design teams
- Synthesize qualitative insights with quantitative and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX research and design
- Proven experience leading both generative and evaluative research initiatives
- Strong expertise in usability testing, A/B testing, interviews, field studies, and mixed-method research
- Experience translating research findings into wireframes, user journeys, and product recommendations
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and research validation techniques
