Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

The Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator will design and produce print and digital marketing materials while supporting various marketing initiatives. This role also includes website updates, digital asset management, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials
• Create compelling visual content that aligns with Norma's brand standards and marketing objectives
• Stage and photograph products for marketing, e-commerce, social media, and advertising use
• Capture photography and video content at company events, trade shows, dealer visits, and product launches
• Edit, retouch, and optimize photos for print and digital applications
• Create product renderings, mockups, and visual concepts for presentations, packaging, promotions, and product launches
• Prepare production-ready files for print vendors and digital platforms
• Maintain organized libraries of creative assets, templates, and project files
• Collaborate with sales, product management, customer service, and leadership teams to develop marketing materials
• Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, visual communications, product design, industrial design, or a related field
• 0-3 years of graphic design, marketing, or related experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with photography, photo editing, and content creation
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, social media platforms, and digital marketing principles
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual design fundamentals
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
