The Senior Graphic Designer leads the creative development and execution of packaging, retail, trade show, and marketing materials for the VTech and LeapFrog brands. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of product benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and execution of packaging, retail, trade show, and marketing materials
- Partner with Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure packaging accuracy
- Collaborate with international packaging teams to localize priority packaging
- Lead the design and development of packaging style guides and visual identity systems
- Direct lifestyle photography shoots
- Retouch, color-correct, and enhance photography
- Design innovative retail marketing materials
- Translate marketing concepts into impactful large-scale trade show and event graphics
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of graphic design principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Experience designing for large-format environments
- Knowledge of print production processes
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat
