The Senior Product Designer will lead the evolution of the platform experience across multiple products and user types. This role involves working directly with executive leadership and engineering to modernize a complex platform used by thousands of investors and financial professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the platform experience across multiple products and user types
- Work directly with executive leadership and engineering to modernize a complex, high-stakes platform
- Design and develop modern product and UI designs, workflow simplification, and systems thinking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product's direction and prioritize features
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership from discovery through developer handoff
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern product and UI design, workflow simplification, and systems thinking
- Expert Figma proficiency including components, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Experience designing complex workflows, onboarding flows, dashboards, or transactional systems
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000 to $130,000
