Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will design, develop, and execute visual concepts for communications, translating complex information into engaging graphics. They will manage projects from strategy to production while ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute compelling visual concepts that elevate communications for customers and stakeholders
• Shape visual strategies across a wide range of internal and external communications, translating complex information into clear, high-impact digital and print artwork
• Guide projects autonomously from the initial strategy and conceptualization phases through to final production, ensuring all products meet strict quality and security standards
• Act as a strategic design consultant with high emotional intelligence, actively listening to customer requirements, uncovering the root of their requests, identifying the best visual solutions, and confidently articulating the rationale behind design choices to build long-term, trusted partnerships
• Translate complex, technical, or detail-rich data and distill it into clear, digestible, and visually engaging graphics across print, digital, and environmental mediums

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related fine arts discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the graphic design field
• 3+ years of relevant customer service experience, preferably within the government
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience
