Drive end-to-end UX strategy and design AI-first experiences to transform how Amazon employees work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end UX strategy for complex products and services, including AI-powered features
  • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications for mobile and web interfaces throughout the design process
  • Design AI-first experiences that leverage emerging technologies while maintaining human-centered design principles and ensuring transparency, trust, and usability
  • Own design decisions for problems with complexity, working through ambiguity and adapting approach to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders while articulating trade-offs and rationale
  • Be a champion for user-centered design by partnering with researchers to test solutions in front of users, and be willing to build lightweight prototypes and conduct scrappy and quick user testing on your own if required
  • Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership, confidently communicating your vision and demonstrating business impact
  • Contribute to user experience design guidelines and development best practices and standards at Amazon Design Community, particularly around AI integration and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
