The Product Design Manager is responsible for leading the design direction for fintech and payments experiences across mobile and web platforms. This includes managing the end-to-end product design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring intuitive and secure user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Leading design direction for fintech and payments experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Owning end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, including prototyping and validation
- Simplifying complex financial journeys into intuitive, secure user experiences
- Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to define outcomes
- Driving high standards in UX, UI, interaction design, and visual quality
- Mentoring and guiding designers through feedback, critiques, and design reviews
- Ensuring scalable, consistent solutions aligned with design systems and guidelines
- Facilitating workshops, design sprints, and decision-making with strong stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with strong UI/UX fundamentals
- Proven experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, designing transaction and payment journeys
- Strong end-to-end product design capability, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration
- Expertise in prototyping, interaction design, and user-centered design across mobile and web platforms
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs clearly
