Lead the design of complex B2B product initiatives for the partner portal from discovery through to delivery and QA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user flows and maintain the design system using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead design across complex B2B product initiatives, from early discovery through delivery and QA
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and craft outstanding product experiences
- Lead design reviews and brainstorming sessions, presenting regularly to design leadership and company executives
- Proactively set expectations with stakeholders and communicate clearly when scope or direction shifts
- Promote a culture of design excellence — mentor other designers, champion quality, and lead by example
- Use AI tools fluently across your workflow (research, ideation, prototyping, and production) and help establish best practices for the team
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design, with experience in a lead or senior capacity
- Strong UX fundamentals and a refined eye for UI — able to simplify complex concepts and work within a Design System with taste and judgement
- B2B or dashboard/data-heavy design experience — comfortable designing for complex, information-dense products
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with experience conducting generative and usability research
- A strong portfolio of user-centred, beautifully executed UI — ideally including B2B or enterprise product work
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter, including a willingness to use AI-assisted coding to contribute directly to the design system and frontend
