Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead discovery efforts to gather and validate user requirements for Dynamics CRM workflows and design user-centered solutions. They will collaborate with stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences and ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery efforts to gather, shape, and validate user requirements
- Translate business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements into user journeys, workflow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design intuitive user experiences for enterprise applications that integrate with complex backend systems and business processes
- Apply human-centered design principles and systems thinking to create scalable, efficient, and accessible experiences
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
- Define information architecture, navigation models, and interaction patterns for new and existing applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to design workflows within the capabilities and constraints of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, UX Architecture, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise software applications and complex business workflows
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work
- Experience designing solutions that integrate with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms
- Experience working with or designing workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and modern UX research and prototyping tools
