Requirements
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex, end-to-end experiences
- High-quality UX and interaction design craft
- Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- AI-first design practice
- Comfortable using AI to explore ideas, generate code, and accelerate prototyping
