Senior Graphic Designer

Develop and execute high-impact visual concepts and strategies for digital and print communications. Translate complex technical data into clear graphics while managing project timelines and ensuring security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute compelling visual concepts that elevate communications for customers and stakeholders
• Guide projects autonomously from initial strategy and conceptualization phases through to final production
• Ensure all products meet strict quality and security standards
• Collaborate effectively with enterprise-wide stakeholders and senior leadership
• Proactively manage assigned workload and project timelines
• Foster a collaborative, team-first mentality with a willingness to share knowledge and provide feedback

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interactive Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the graphic design field
• 3+ years of relevant customer service experience, preferably within the government
• 3+ years of relevant project management experience
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
