UX Designer

The UX Designer will concept, design, wireframe, prototype, edit, and optimize user flows for a mobile game. They will collaborate with various disciplines to create designs that enhance the user experience and incorporate feedback into the development process.
Responsibilities
- Concept, design, wireframe, prototype edit and optimize user flows for the game
- Work closely with all disciplines within the team, including Art, Engineers, Design, User Research and Analytics to create designs that solve problems
- Incorporate iterative user and team feedback into the development process
- Create wireframes and prototypes for testing and communicating interactive design solutions to key stakeholders and teammates
- Provide an amazing user experience to players by determining the information architecture and visual guidelines
- Define and implement standards that will help create a consistent, quality experience for players
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in designing user experience for games, ideally for mobile
- Educational background in Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or other related fields
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in UX design and major platform interaction guidelines
- Capability to use a combination of research and personal knowledge of gaming culture to empathize with players, and develop strategies and best practices that are tailored to their needs
