Graphic Designer & Brand Assistant ADELAIDE-GILMAN

The Graphic Designer & Brand Assistant will design and execute creative assets across various channels, including digital and retail. They will collaborate with the brand team to deliver campaign creative and support broader brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and build EDMs across all brands
• Create and maintain internal communications (including The Rundown)
• Adapt campaign and sale assets for paid media
• Design event graphics and content overlays
• Produce internal documents (team directories, policies, presentations, certificates)
• Create light in-store signage and shopping centre hoardings
• Assist with wholesale lookbooks and brand collateral
• Ad-hoc retouching/editing of eCommerce imagery
• Liaise with printers and external suppliers
• Marketing & Brand Support
• Assist with shoot and event preparation
• Package influencer and PR parcels
• Support campaign reporting
• Manage the marketing inbox and respond to enquiries
• Update and maintain the marketing calendar
• General administration responsibilities including saving assets, file management, uploading promotional sales to centre portals, updating marketing contact databases

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset
• A team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed
• A degree in Graphic Design (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
