Senior UI Designer

The Senior UI Designer will create compelling user interfaces for web software, e-commerce sites, and mobile apps while overseeing the design of UI style guides and collaborating with team members. They will also ensure that developers understand design intentions and participate in design quality assurance during development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and inspire top-quality work from both yourself and others who work with you
• Create UI comps of screens informed by modern and industry-appropriate design trends
• Oversee the design of UI style guides and design systems
• Collaborate with PMs, clients, and other members of the team to understand user needs, business goals, and other key requirements
• Ensure developers have what they need to understand the design intention and oversee design QA during the development phase

Requirements

• Understanding of key design principles such as typography, illustration, imagery, content, and composition
• 3 to 7 years of project work and other design experience, particularly in a consulting environment
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent boot camp experience in a design-related field
• A portfolio that best demonstrates a solid understanding of the latest UI design standards and processes
