UX Designer, Contractor

The UX Designer will conduct user research and testing to create mockups and refine user personas and journeys. They will collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the usability of the healthcare platform.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research and testing
- Creating mockups to articulate functionality and design
- Refining user personas and mapping journeys
- Championing best practices in user experience design
Requirements
- College/University Degree in a related field (UX Design, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communications, etc), or equivalent experience
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, DoveTail, Adobe, Protopie, etc
- Expert level of professional UX design experience
- Strong eye for visual design
- Flawless attention to detail
- Experience procuring qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience working in an agile environment
