The Senior Product Designer leads the design of digital products from start to finish, ensuring quality and user experience. They collaborate with various team members and clients, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the evolution of design systems.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to guide and define the strategy of products
- Interpret business objectives and user needs, and translate them into simple, intuitive flows and interfaces
- Create User Personas, Wireframes, Journey Maps, and other UX artifacts to define requirements and set the direction of projects
- Collaborate with researchers on user interviews, Usability Testing, and other research methods
- Materialize strategy through high-quality designs that consider usability, accessibility, and user-centered design patterns
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong command of Figma for design and prototyping
- Solid knowledge of accessibility, design systems, and product best practices
- Active use of LLMs as part of the design process
- Strong written and spoken English
