The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. They will conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Design user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver a seamless user experience
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback to refine and improve designs
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistent user interfaces across platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies
- Work closely with development teams to ensure flawless implementation of designs
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects across web and mobile platforms
