As a Product Designer, you will craft intuitive user experiences across mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into user-centered designs.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Translating insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Developing and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Owning the entire design process - from concept ideation and user flows to final visual design
- Working closely with Product Managers to shape product strategy and define requirements
- Partnering with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and a smooth handoff of assets and specifications
- Continuously refining designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics
- Advocating for user experience best practices and contributing to the ongoing improvement of design processes, tooling, and team culture
- Providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Familiarity with native mobile design patterns (Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, Material Design for Android) as well as responsive web design principles
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying both qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs
