Visual Designer

The Visual Designer will create high-impact ad creatives and digital campaign assets while conceptualizing and producing animated explainers and video content. They will also collaborate with various teams to translate product value propositions into engaging visual content.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact ad posters, banners, social media creatives, and digital campaign assets
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce ad videos, product walkthroughs, animated explainers, and short-form video content
• Create motion graphics and visual effects to elevate video content and bring product features to life
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and brand system across all marketing touch-points

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of professional experience in visual/graphic design, motion design, or video production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across static design, motion graphics, and video editing
• Deep understanding of advertising psychology — what triggers attention, builds desire, and drives clicks
• Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement content for digital platforms
