Responsibilities
- Meet the First proof and final proof deadlines
- Verify specifications for accurate completion of proof files
- Execute updates from the team leader
- Support the team in preparing final catalog files for the printer
- Handle customer escalations and fulfill requirements
- Coordinate with the team to create manual inserts for the Catalog
- Maintain high quality to meet internal and external SLA expectations
- Achieve the highest performance matrix level
Requirements
- Any Degree
- 0-1 year of Experience
