The Graphic Designer creates high-quality print and digital visual materials to support marketing and business development initiatives. This includes developing brochures, social media graphics, and floor plans while maintaining strict brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials for print and digital channels
- Create brochures, presentations, advertisements, email templates, and social media content
- Develop and update floor plans, site plans, maps, infographics, and visual assets
- Edit and retouch photography for marketing use
- Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Process design requests through workflow management systems
- Support business development and marketing campaigns with creative solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Prepare files for print production and digital distribution
- Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent Spanish communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with marketing and communication platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite, Ceros, or similar tools
