Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will shape experiences across the lab informatics platform and hardware-facing lab display interfaces. This role involves collaborating with engineers and scientists to iterate quickly and ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex technical domains
- Collaborate with scientists, roboticists, and mechanical engineers to understand workflows, validate concepts, and ship improvements quickly
- Establish and maintain component patterns, tokens, and documentation as the company scales
- Research and iterationâcollaborating directly with stakeholders to understand workflows, validate concepts, and ship improvements quickly
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience across UX and UI
- Portfolio demonstrating strong information architecture and data visualization
- Expert-level Figma skills including prototyping and component libraries
- Ability to work cross-functionally with software engineers, scientists, roboticists, and mechanical engineers
- Comfortable with ambiguityâable to propose informed design directions and iterate quickly based on user feedback
