Senior Graphic Designer (Night Shift)

The Senior Graphic Designer will manage a team of designers, oversee task delegation, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. They will provide guidance and support to ensure the graphics team has the necessary resources to perform efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide team leadership and direction, motivating and engaging team members
- Assist with day-to-day operations and task management activities
- Provide guidance and support to the Graphics Team, ensuring they have the resources needed to perform their jobs efficiently
- Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders to identify business needs and priorities
- Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring each member is given appropriate responsibilities
- Support internal programs on processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring high-quality work and measurable performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of graphics/multimedia
- Bachelor's degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, and After Effects
- UI/UX knowledge or experience is a plus
- Creative flair, versatility, and conceptual ability
- Strong portfolio of graphic design work across print and digital assets
