Responsibilities
- Own TradeAware's design end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped UI
- Solve substantial product and UX challenges, making a complex product feel clear and intuitive
- Work fast and iteratively, prototyping, testing, and refining quickly
- Validate with real customers, gathering and acting on insight
- Help shape our AI-first practice, figuring out how to manage and evolve design systems and workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and the wider team, influencing what we build
- Help evolve the design team and its ways of working, contributing to a modern, adaptable design practice
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio of shipped work
- Strong product thinking, starting from user and business problems
- High craft and a fast, iterative working style
- Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Genuine enthusiasm for an AI-first way of working
- Clear communication, able to explain and defend design decisions
- Collaborative instinct, wanting to shape a team and a practice
