Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will shape the next phase of Omneaâs product by turning complex enterprise workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences. This role involves direct customer engagement to understand decision-making processes and working collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Talk directly to customers to understand how buying decisions are made inside large organisations
- Work end-to-end on product areas, from early problem definition to high-quality shipped work
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Design for complex, high-stakes workflows involving multiple personas, approvals, and real organisational risk
- Help shape patterns and systems as the company scales, contributing to a design language thatâs still being actively defined
Requirements
- Experience in product design, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Strong skills in crafting intuitive and user-friendly experiences
- Ability to work closely with customers, product, and engineering teams
- Experience in designing for complex, high-stakes workflows
- Strong understanding of design principles, patterns, and systems
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problems
