Design Manager

Lead and coordinate all CSA design activities across multiple workstreams while managing interfaces across engineering disciplines. Ensure design is aligned, buildable, and delivered on programme.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all CSA design activities across multiple workstreams
- Act as the primary interface between civil, structural, architectural, and electrical teams
- Manage external consultants and review design deliverables
- Drive resolution of design clashes, RFIs, and technical queries
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in civil, structural, or architectural engineering
- Strong background in infrastructure or energy projects
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
- Comfortable managing consultants and complex design packages
