Lead and manage a team of FPGA engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of FPGA engineers at all experience levels to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement
  • Grow the FPGA team and knowledge through hiring and mentorship engagements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • Proficient in MS-Project, MS-Word, MS-Excel
  • Active Security Clearance (Secret or higher), or eligible to obtain one
  • Experience leading and managing Hardware, FPGA, or ASIC development teams with a proven track record of delivering complex electronics systems
  • Proficient in planning, managing, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and risk mitigation of complex engineering developments
