UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers to develop meaningful social XR products. You will lead various research studies and influence product roadmaps based on insights gathered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers to identify, define, and deliver meaningful social XR products and features
• Develop and execute research projects
• Lead various research studies throughout all phases of the research cycle and contextualizing insights for stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders to influence product roadmaps and strategy based on research insights
• Manage research vendors to help augment the work of the research team

Requirements

• Strong qualitative research skills, especially with conducting in-depth interviews, moderated prototype evaluation, and thematic analysis of feedback
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Quantitative data analysis and experimental design expertise, as well as the ability to triangulate data from quantitative and qualitative sources
• Experience with storytelling to get traction with various audience
• Experience with autonomy and decision making to balance demands and prioritization
