As a Product Designer, you will lead the design of key parts of the D2C member experience, including the marketing site and member portal. You will partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of key parts of the D2C member experience
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and clinical SMEs to translate complex care workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct user research and bring evidence to design decisions
- Build and maintain the components and patterns that scale across the member experience
Requirements
- 3-6 years of product design experience
- Strong product thinking
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Curious about healthcare and willing to learn the domain deeply
- Strong craft in Figma and a portfolio that shows range across both flows and visual quality
