The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and execute a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital assets, print, and social media graphics. This role involves maintaining brand standards and empowering regional divisions through the design of marketing templates in Canva.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing and executing a wide range of marketing collateral, spanning digital assets, print, social media, and web graphics
- Building, organizing, and managing a library of scalable templates in Canva for division teams to utilize for local promotions
- Designing engaging templates and standalone graphics for various social media platforms to drive brand engagement and lead generation
- Collaborating with the Denver-based corporate marketing leadership and regional teams to take projects from initial creative requests to final, polished execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, strongly preferred or exceptional direct experience
- 5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house corporate experience preferred; real estate or homebuilding industry experience is a major plus)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple formats
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
