As Digital Design Manager, you will shape the Argos brand experience across digital touchpoints, ensuring high-quality customer interactions. You will lead a team of designers and drive improvements in digital design delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of digital touchpoints, including website, mobile, app, and email
  • Translate brand and campaign guidelines into consistent and effective digital execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing digital initiatives
  • Use content management systems and digital analytics tools to inform design decisions and optimize performance
  • Lead, coach, or develop teams, including working with distributed or offshore teams

Requirements

  • Experience leading design delivery across digital platforms
  • Ability to translate brand and campaign guidelines into consistent and effective digital execution
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing digital initiatives
  • Experience using content management systems and digital analytics tools to inform design decisions and optimize performance
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing teams, including working with distributed or offshore teams
