Responsibilities
- Create and implement a cohesive user experience direction, strategy and roadmap for YouTube TV and PrimeTime Channels on YouTube
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Connected TV space within Google and YouTube to develop innovative product design concepts and UI patterns
- Identify knowledge gaps and oversee UXR to understand user needs and inform YouTube TV and Primetime Channels strategy
- Provide thought leadership to advocate a product design point of view for cross-product partners and executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX
- 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders
Benefits
- US: $236,000 - $330,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
