Privacy By Design Manager

Lead the transformation of global privacy processes, operating models, and tooling to ensure scalable compliance. Provide subject matter expertise in Privacy by Design and Responsible AI while managing metrics and audit actions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own simplification and redesign of global privacy processes
- Lead and own the operating model for privacy engagement
- Support Responsible AI processes
- Lead delivery of privacy automation and tooling improvements
- Lead operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Partner with internal audit and own closure of audit actions
- Lead enablement to embed privacy by design ways of working
- Lead engagement with local market privacy contacts
- Provide operational support to the Privacy by Design team
Requirements
- Strong experience in privacy
- Proven ability to lead process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including GDPR and ePrivacy Directive
- Hands-on experience conducting and assuring privacy assessments
- Metrics-driven mindset
- Tooling and automation awareness
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent command of English
- Comfortable working in a matrix organisation
