Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and executing marketing collateral across digital, print, and social media platforms. A key focus is creating scalable Canva templates to empower regional divisions while maintaining strict brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Brand Guarding & Elevation: Creates, maintains, and evolves high-quality branding materials
- Brand Management: Maintains and enforces brand standards across all channels
- Cross-Channel Design: Conceptualize and produce collateral and promotional material for corporate and division-level needs
- Division Empowerment (Canva Ecosystem): Builds, organizes, and manages a library of scalable templates in Canva
- Social Media & Content Assets: Designs engaging templates and standalone graphics for various social media platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, strongly preferred or exceptional direct experience
- 5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple formats
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
