Lead the end-to-end product design for sophisticated trading experiences across web and mobile platforms. Drive zero-to-one initiatives and scalable frameworks for complex, data-dense workflows while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for key Advanced Trade experiences across web and mobile
- Lead high-ambiguity, zero-to-one and improvement initiatives across advanced trading surfaces
- Raise the craft and quality bar across the Advanced Trading product surface
- Design scalable frameworks, patterns, and information architecture for complex, data-dense workflows
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional peers to define problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and ship thoughtful, high-impact work
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing digital products
- Meaningful time in complex, data-dense, workflow-heavy, or tools-oriented environments
- Broad end-to-end product design range and a track record of operating autonomously with limited oversight
Benefits
- Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $207,485—$244,100 USD
- Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k))
