Product Designer – Customer-Facing Products
Swingdev—a Hippo Company Remote (🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland)
Design the end-to-end Hippo Plus experience, including sales funnels, back-office tools, and customer-facing interfaces. Partner with PMs and Engineers to define problems and ship features that improve conversion, activation, and retention metrics.
Responsibilities
- Design the full Hippo Plus experience
- Partner with PMs and Engineers from discovery onward
- Run user interviews, shadow sessions, and lightweight feedback loops
- Sketch, wireframe, and prototype at the right fidelity
- Facilitate messy conversations to get product, design, and engineering aligned
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping production work
- Portfolio that shows process, data, and impact
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfortable designing across the full product surface
- Use of LLMs as part of design toolkit
