The Design Manager is responsible for the technical coordination of interdisciplinary design teams and the integration of efforts across international delivery centers. Key duties include managing BIM coordination, verifying technical design content, and overseeing external consultants and permitting activities.
Responsibilities
- Management of coordination activities in a BIM environment
- Verification of qualitative and quantitative technical contents of design
- Care of official deliveries to customers
- Punctual verification of work carried out by external consultants
- Coordination of permitting activities and specialist consultancy
- Preparation of summary reports for company management
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in related fields
- Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Building engineering or related sector
- Excellent level of English (C1)
- Good knowledge of single text of legislative and regulatory provisions on construction in Italy
- AutoCAD, Revit (Autodesk) and ACC work platform skills
Benefits
- Annual salary range of €50,000 - €75,000
- Discretionary bonus on an annual basis
