Lead the design of the D2C member experience, including the marketing site, onboarding, and member portal. Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of key parts of the D2C member experience: marketing site, signup and onboarding, member portal, in-product flows
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and clinical SMEs to translate complex care workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct user research where it matters and bring evidence to design decisions
- Build and maintain the components and patterns that scale across the member experience
- Run design reviews and give and receive feedback that makes the work stronger
- Partner with brand and marketing on the consumer expression of Fabric across acquisition channels
Requirements
- 3-6 years of product design experience with shipped consumer-facing work
- Strong product thinking
- Ability to make things work right, not just look right
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to move from problem to wireframe to prototype to ship
- Curiosity about healthcare and willingness to learn the domain deeply
- Strong craft in Figma and a portfolio that shows range across both flows and visual quality
