Design and build modern, responsive, high-converting websites and landing pages that align with brand standards. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize user experiences and maximize lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling and highly functional websites, landing pages, and digital assets
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Develop responsive user experiences that perform seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Ensure designs align with Performacentric brand standards and messaging
- Continuously improve user experience through testing, analytics, and optimization
- Build and maintain websites using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript
- Develop responsive layouts optimized for performance and accessibility
- Implement interactive features and user interface enhancements
- Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript
- Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites
- Understanding of website performance optimization
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Experience integrating forms, APIs, and third-party services
- Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating website design, landing page design, user experience design, and responsive layouts
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design principles
