Product Designer (CRO & Delivery)
Mediatech 🇱🇹 Vilnius, Vilnius city municipality, Lithuania
Own the end-to-end design process for large-scale publishing redesigns and conversion-focused projects. Collaborate with the CRO team to develop and test hypotheses using data-driven iterations to improve funnel impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process across projects, from problem framing to measurable outcome
- Diagnose the real problem behind requests, redirect 'make this' into 'solve this,' and present evidence-backed solutions
- Design for conversion: clear hierarchy, obvious CTAs, optimised forms and funnel-stage UI
- Work with the CRO team to shape A/B test hypotheses, then design the variants, read the results, and feed learnings back into the design system
Requirements
- Solid UX/UI background with a portfolio of shipped work backed by data
- Strong command of Figma and experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Ability to run a full design process on larger projects, not just isolated screens
- Practical experience with A/B testing, user research, and usability testing
- Fluency in core conversion metrics (CTR, bounce, form completion) and the ability to design with them in mind
