UX Researcher

Conduct resonance, concept validation, and usability testing for AI-powered robotic supply chain solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations for software interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Resonance Testing: Design and execute resonance testing to gauge user reactions, emotional responses, and alignment with proposed design concepts
- Perform Concept Validation: Plan and conduct studies to validate design concepts, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives
- Execute Usability Testing: Develop and lead usability testing sessions for prototypes, existing systems, and new features, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Gather User Insights: Use qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, surveys, and observations, to understand user behaviors, preferences, and challenges
- Analyze and Synthesize Data: Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, and visualizations
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research insights into product development and refine user experiences
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX research
- Bachelorās degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field
- Proficiency in UX research methodologies, including resonance testing, concept validation, and usability testing
- Experience with research tools such as Miro, UserTesting, Lookback, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or Tableau) for quantitative research
