Midweight Graphic Designer

Develop and deliver static and motion content for various clients' social platforms from concept to delivery. Collaborate with the design team and mentor junior members on layout, ideation, and type design.
Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering static and motion content for clients in a fast-paced environment
- Concepting content ideas and supporting growth
- Work within the Design team alongside Digital and Creative designers
- Mentoring junior members of the team on collaboration, layout, ideation, and type design
- Chip in to all levels of the process, including artworking, making amends, coming up with new concepts, and art direction ideas
Requirements
- Considerable agency or studio design experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite
- Portfolio with high-quality work across brand activations, campaigns, and various formats
- Highly creative with good typography knowledge
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and content that works
- Great attention to detail with ability to QA briefs and work
- Adept at taking briefs and working on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
- Ambitious, growth mindset, hungry to succeed, with a passion for best-in-class creativity
