The UX Designer will lead the Design Thinking process from empathy to testing, focusing on user-centric solutions and business goals. Key tasks include conducting user research, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and performing user tests to improve interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Intervene in all key stages of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing
- Define the project and its objectives, taking into account the client's needs and business stakes
- Conduct user research, including audits of existing interfaces, focus groups, and analysis of user expectations
- Create a benchmark to conduct competitive intelligence
- Organize workshops for ideation and co-design, engaging stakeholders and developing hypotheses and user journeys
- Intervene in the prototyping stage, defining the information architecture and creating zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user tests, defining objectives and protocols, and restituting results to propose interface improvements
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Good knowledge of UX methods
- Mastery of tools like Figma
- Ability to communicate and work in agile mode with different teams and services
