Own the end-to-end design process for B2B SaaS platforms and mobile applications, from problem definition to delivery. Build and maintain a scalable design system while collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to improve user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process across SaaS platform and mobile applications, from problem definition through to delivered experiences
- Evolving and improving existing user journeys, interfaces, and workflows across web and mobile products
- Define the user experience and interface design for new features, products, and capabilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate solutions
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
Requirements
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products, including dashboards, portals, administration tools, or data-rich business applications
- Experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Experience delivering user-centered design solutions from discovery through to implementation
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and production-ready UI designs
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
