Head of Design Quality

Lead and develop the Development Quality function in North America to ensure robust quality processes for electronics and software projects. Act as the primary interface between development, operations, and customers while managing risk assessments and corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop the Development Quality function within the North America region
- Drive compliance with automotive standards and customer-specific requirements
- Act as key interface between Development, Program Management, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers
- Coordinate quality planning activities, including Risk assessments, DFMEA / PFMEA alignment, Quality gates and release management
- Support customer audits, assessments, and technical reviews
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
- 7+ years of experience in automotive development quality, engineering, program management, or related functions
- Strong understanding of automotive development processes for electronics and/or software products
- Experience with automotive core tools and quality methodologies
