Graphic Designer

Create compelling visual elements, including user interfaces and infographics, to communicate complex healthcare IT information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and develop visual design concepts
- Design and develop impactful content, including user interfaces, graphics, illustrations, and infographics
- Prepare compelling presentations and content for prospects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry standards
- Collaborate with different teams to create visual content for the website, social media, and other marketing materials
- Manage and maintain the visual asset library, ensuring assets are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible
- Simplify complex information and interactions through intuitive design
- Stay updated on industry standards, technological advancements, social media trends, competition, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
- Experience in creating visual designs that comply with industry regulations and standards (experience in healthcare IT is a plus)
- Experience in UX design and development is a plus
